*FREE Shipping on orders over $40.00 (excluding shipping charges)
*One Flat rate of  $5.95 for all orders under $40.00
*We do NOT currently ship International.
*CoverMyCellPhone.com uses the United States Postal Service First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation on all orders.  If you order is over $40.00 then you will receive FREE shipping and your item(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
*All orders are shipped within 2 business days with Delivery Confirmation.  Please understand that Delivery Confirmation is NOT a tracking number, but lets us know when your item has been delivered.  Once the item is delivered to its destination the USPS scans that it was delivered to your address.  It is your responsibility to locate your package.  If you do not receive your package, but the USPS shows it has been delivered, please contact your local post office and you may also want to check with you postal carrier or maybe a neighbor.
*We are NOT responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages.
*We do NOT ship on Sundays, Holidays, or Federal Holidays when the USPS is closed.
*Please understand that shipping times vary depending on your location.  We are not responsible for the USPS and delivery times.
*Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  If you give us the wrong address and the package is returned your payment method will be recharged the shipping charge.  If your item(s) ship free then you will be charged for Shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*All of our items are carefully inspected for manufacture defects prior to shipment and are shipped in boxes to avoid any breakage.  If your return is due to broken clips on the cover your money will NOT be refunded nor can we exchange the item.  Breakage of these clips is due to trying to force cover on phone.
*If you receive an item that needs to be returned you must contact us at covermycellphone.com within 15 days of the date of delivery and let us know the reason for your return or exchange.  If you do not contact us within 15 days then there will be no refunds or exchanges given.

*Broken, Abused or Scratched items will NOT be exchanged or refunded.

*If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date for an exchange. Items must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging as shipped to you.  There is a 35% restocking fee subtracted from your refund.  35% restocking fee does not apply to manufacture defects.  Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.  If your order total qualified for FREE Shipping you will be charged the $5.95 shipping fee for the non defective return. Return shipping to Covermycellphone will be at customer expense. Shipping of the replacement item is at no charge.

*Any item that you receive that has a manufacture defect will be exchanged once we receive the item back  If there is no exchange available then you will receive a refund minus shipping & handling charges.

*There is NO refunds or exchanges on Clearance items.  These items are BRAND New overstocks. 

*Please understand that Shipping & Handling Charges are NON-Refundable!
